MMA at Legion is not about "toughness"—it is about intelligence and teamwork. We cater to three specific profiles.
No combat sports experience? No problem. We break down the complexity of Mixed Martial Arts into safe, logical systems so you can build your skills from the ground up.
If you have a background in BJJ or Wrestling, our MMA program shows you how to integrate striking safely without compromising your grappling base.
For those looking to test their limits. Our technical environment provides the grit and detail necessary for those who want to reach a high level of functional mastery.
Our MMA syllabus is built on the seamless transition between the three critical phases of a fight.
Technical kickboxing and boxing adapted for the MMA stance, focusing on distance control and timing.
The "hidden" game. Mastering the wrestling and control tactics used against the cage and in the tie-up.
MMA-specific grappling, focusing on dominant positioning, ground-and-pound mechanics, and high-percentage submissions.
At Legion, progress is intentional and mat-tested. To move to the next level, you must complete the required training time and pass a formal Grading.
